Monday 14th. To-day was the third glorious ride in the Cape Point Nature Reserve and the first when I remembered to take my camera! It was quite overcast and although it was quite calm when Sandi Fowkes and I left Lakeside the wind got up and became quite challengingly strong during the “undulating” ride. We started off at Buffelsbaii where there is a lovely tidal pool which we usually take advantage of at the end of the ride.

Hi Sandy, It does not look like this in Scotland. Driech damp wet day here, good for indoor jobs and a swim at the gym. Glad that we are going away soon. Sally
