Friday 10th. Pete and Glennie passed through. We had a good beach walk and dinner out where we toasted Steve’s birthday. Lovely to see them, Forgot the camera!
Spring is really here ans the garden planning and planting is finished. Things are starting to grow! Most of which is edible. Climbing the trellis are blackberries, raspberries and grabadilla. There are gooseberry and black current bushes. Clemantine, lemon and Kumquat trees as well as Cherry and Plumb. In this incredibly small space I also found space for salad greens tomatoes and herbs! I have also installed a computerised watering system to keep things going when I am off in the van.
A future project might be to build a little terrace at the bottom of the garden which will make a good “sitting out” space.

Unfortunately the Wisteria will soon be over, but in the meantime it is glorious and the lilac blossom add a lovely perfume.
The other major project occupying my time was the fabrication of covers for the seats in the camping car. I have to say I am very pleased with the outcome.
