10th.Another one bites the dust as I retire another nasty curtain from under the basin in the bathroom and replace it with nice cupboard doors. Off to the garden next to put a roof on the terrace I built last year.

19th. HA! So much for spring. Would you believe it is the Spring Equinox tomorrow and we have a blizzard tonight! Great fluffy flakes borne on a swirling, whirling dervish of a wind.

By six the electricity was off so out came the gas heater and cooking ring and a cyclops torch to read by and a bunch of candles. At ten it came back on again.

20th At least we awoke to clear skies, sunshine and the start of a melt this morning. And, YEH! the electricity is still on. Cassidy and I set out for our morning walk on the beach. Have to take advantage of every opportunity as the beaches will close to dogs on the 1st April.

For the time being and in the sparkle of sun light it still looks quite picturesque
