6th. Visit to the Polyclinic. Wrists have healed well and I will soon by driving again.
10th Received and accepted a good offer on the apartment.
12th Sandi arrived for a visit and we celebrated her arrival and the offer with a really good bottle of fizz, courtesy of Michelle.
13th Lovely early morning walk with Cassidy.

14th In the morning we went to Decathalon to buy summer sandals. En route we had a fruitless stop at Narbonne Campers in the hope of viewing a Lando, only to find they only do after sales service and I would have to go all the way to Toulouse to see one. We did go down to the bay that one passes every time when you go to the airport at La Rochelle. Wild but not very inspiring.

15th Today we did the Port d’Enveau, Taillebourg and St Savinien. At Port d’Enveau we discovered the retired Post & Telecoms building and woodland carpeted with buttercups.
On to St Santurian, the original village and the home to the Provost, which still has the only church that services Port d’Enveau.

From here on to Taillebourg for a walk around the ramparts, a look at the ST James causeway and lunch by the river.
At St Savinien I took some of the personal stuff off the boat in preparation for the visit tomorrow by a possible buyer.
17th. Back to St Savinien to meet up with Davis Jones. He seemed to like the boat but is it his first to view and I most wait till he has chance to view others to know if he is interested in buying mine.
18th Sandi left this morning. What a lovely visit, just too short! In the early evening I signed the contract of sale for the apartment.
20th Found a Hedgehog nest on the road above the promenade on our morning walk today. The three babies looked as if they were still blind with their eyes closed.
